Job summary

MasterFix Solutions in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Milkmaid Supervisor to oversee daily dairy farm operations and ensure high-quality milk production. You will manage a team of milkmaids, provide guidance, and ensure safety practices are followed.

The role requires at least 3 years on a dairy farm, strong leadership, knowledge of milking techniques, cow health, and equipment maintenance. English communication is essential; Arabic preferred. Salary is USD 1500 per month with accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years on a dairy farm as a Milkmaid or similar.
• Proven experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of dairy farm operations including milking techniques, cow health, and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As a Milkmaid Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dairy farm, ensuring that milk production is efficient and of high quality. You will also be responsible for managing a team of milkmaids, providing guidance and training as needed.
