Job summary

Workato in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Milkmaid Supervisor to oversee daily dairy farm operations and manage a team of milkmaids. This contract role offers a monthly salary of 1,800 USD.

The incumbent will supervise milkmaids, train new staff, monitor cow health, maintain production records, and ensure safety and hygiene across milking activities in varying weather conditions. Fluent English is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Milkmaid Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Milkmaid Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy farm and managing a team of milkmaids. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month.

• Implement strategies to increase milk production while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of milk products

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions
• Good physical stamina for working on the farm
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in agriculture or dairy farming is a plus
• Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is preferred)
