Job summary

The incumbent will supervise milkmaids, train new staff, monitor cow health, maintain production records, and ensure safety and hygiene across milking activities in varying weather conditions. Fluent English is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Milkmaid Supervisor or similar role on a dairy farm.
• Knowledge of dairy cow management, milking techniques, hygiene, and safety.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of milkmaids, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Train new milkmaids on milking techniques, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Monitor health and well-being of cows and identify illness or injury.
• Maintain accurate records of milk production and storage/transport.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of milking equipment and facilities.
• Implement strategies to increase milk production while upholding quality.
• Collaborate with other departments for resource use and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents on the farm.
