Job summary

Puig is seeking a Middle East Technology Manager to lead all technology activities across the region, ensuring reliable IT operations and alignment with Group standards. The role covers digital workplace, local infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, OMS, and retail tech, acting as the main interface between local leadership and Group IT.

The role drives the Middle East IT roadmap, oversees budgets, and coordinates global program adoption while adapting solutions to local regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or workplace technology.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and workplace technologies.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and external IT partners.
• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure or technology projects with governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and English proficiency.
• ITIL and/or PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology agenda for the Middle East and align with global IT strategy.
• Shape and deliver regional IT roadmap, investment plan and project portfolio.
• Oversee digital workplace, end-user services, connectivity, and workplace infrastructure.
• Manage Middle East IT budget and partner relationships to ensure value and standards.
• Coordinate IT initiatives across ERP, e-commerce, CRM, OMS, and other platforms.
• Develop and lead local IT teams and partners to drive service excellence.

The Middle East Technology Manager is responsible for leading all technology activities across Middle East ensuring reliable IT operations alignment with Group technology standards and delivery of business value through digital transformation initiatives The role combines operational leadership and strategic technology management across digital workplace local infrastructure cybersecurity compliance ERP support and evolution retail POS e-commerce CRM OMS As the most senior IT leader in Middle East the incumbent acts as the primary interface between local business leadership and Group IT organizations ensuring that global standards are adopted while adapting solutions to local regulatory and business requirements

Lead the technology agenda for the Middle East partnering with local business leaders while ensuring alignment with Puig s global IT strategy standards and governance Shape and deliver the Middle East IT roadmap investment plan and project portfolio balancing local business priorities with global technology transformation Oversee digital workplace and end-user services across offices and retail ensuring a reliable and effective technology experience for our teams Lead local technology operations including connectivity workplace infrastructure telecommunications and meeting-room technologies while ensuring operational resilience and business continuity Partner with Puig s global Cybersecurity and IT teams to protect our technology environment manage local risks and ensure compliance with Group standards and relevant local requirements Enable our retail and digital ambitions by coordinating technology initiatives across e-commerce customer relationship management and order management platforms in partnership with global platform teams Oversee ERP and business application evolution working with business teams Group IT and external partners to prioritize enhancements support rollouts and drive adoption Lead technology projects from business need through implementation and stabilization managing priorities budgets timelines risks and key stakeholders Manage the Middle East IT budget and technology partners ensuring strong service delivery effective cost management and alignment with Puig procurement and technology standards Lead and develop local IT employees contractors and service partners fostering a collaborative service-oriented and business-focused technology culture Build strong connections between local teams regional IT and global technology functions championing innovation standardization and continuous improvement

5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, workplace technology or a similar technology environment.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and workplace technologies, including Microsoft environments, networking and end-user technology.Experience managing outsourced technology services and external IT partners.Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure or technology projects, with a good understanding of project governance.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with both business and technology teams.Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across local, regional and global teamsITIL and/or project management certification, such as PMP.
