Job summary

Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Family Book as required under the Emiratisation.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an engineering role of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to engineering detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform defined engineering tasks as part of broader transportation and infrastructure assignments.
• Gather, organize, and correlate engineering data using established technical procedures and project standards.
• Complete routine engineering calculations, assessments, and relatively straightforward technical tests.
• Analyze results and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, or technical issues requiring further investigation.
• Propose practical approaches for resolving new engineering problems encountered during project delivery.
• Prepare technical information, calculations, notes, and supporting documentation for review by experienced engineers.
• Apply approved engineering methods, procedures, specifications, and quality requirements to assigned work.
• Coordinate technical inputs with engineers and other project disciplines where required.
• Support the development and review of engineering deliverables within agreed project scope.
• Monitor assigned activities against established budgets and schedules.
• Raise technical concerns early where findings may affect design quality, delivery, or project performance.
• Maintain accurate engineering records and ensure calculations and supporting data are clearly documented.
• Assist senior engineers with technical studies, design development, and project-related analysis.
• Provide practical guidance to entry-level engineers on routine engineering activities and procedures.
• Participate in internal technical reviews and incorporate comments into revised engineering outputs.
• Develop increasing independence in engineering judgment while working under moderate supervision.
