Job summary

AECOM in Abu Dhabi is seeking a UAE National with a valid Family Book for a role in our Emiratisation framework. You will perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment as an experienced engineer, gathering and correlating basic data and solving routine problems under moderate supervision.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience and will guide entry‑level engineers, identify discrepancies in results, and contribute to budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book as part of Emiratisation.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
• Provides guidance to entry level engineers.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
• Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.
• Identifies discrepancies in results.
