Job summary

Hybrid Global Technology Solutions LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end banking technology and transformation initiatives for a 12-month engagement onsite. The role requires delivering complex payments, cash management, trade finance, lending or treasury projects, with strong stakeholder and vendor management, and a mix of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods.

Experience in wholesale banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years’ experience for Mid-Level role.
• 10–15+ years for Senior role.
• Banking technology and project delivery experience preferred.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and cross-functional teams

• Ensure timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget

• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project delivery experience
• Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodology experience
• Fixed Price / T&M / Deliverable-Based project experience preferred
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
