• Attending Client Meeting to know for their exact requirement.
• Co-ordinate with logistic company for duty exemption of the import material.
• Scheduling & targeting the date for completion of the project.
• Raising of RFI (Request for Information) to client for any clarification needed for construction/fabrication.
• Preparing MAR (Material Approval Request) and submitting to the Client for approval.
• Coordinating with the transport department for receiving raw materials.
• Conducting meeting with subcontractors like Drawing vendors, NDT, Machining, Galvanizing & painting.
• Coordinating with production department in-order to complete the job in scheduled time.
• Coordinating with transport department for material transporting for machining & painting.
• Follow-up with all departments for job status & completion.
• Completing the final product before the targeted date.
• Guiding Draftsman for actual descriptions provided in sketch.
• Coordinating with client for final approval before starting construction.
• Conducting weekly Meeting with Client, HSE & other Foreman’s and providing a detail projection about Job description.
• Coordinating with Project Manager for increasing or reducing manpower and resources.
• Prepare packing list for projects and co-ordinating with client and logistic companies for loading and documentation.
