Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI systems development with a focus on agentic systems or complex AI integrations.
• Expert-level Python for building robust, scalable AI agent systems and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures and prompt engineering, including few-shot learning, chain-of-thought, and self-correction mechanisms.
• Experience designing end-to-end distributed agent systems with high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
