Job summary

AirNxt is building the next generation of AI-powered MRO software to transform aviation maintenance operations. This build-and-ship role leads the design and implementation of AI capabilities from document understanding to agentic workflows and early fault prediction.

You'll partner with the CEO and Data Architect to define what intelligent aviation software means in practice, shipping AI systems that operate in production and earn trust from ops teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Strong Python developer with ability to own services end-to-end.
• Hands-on with LLM workflows, prompt engineering and chaining frameworks.
• Integrated LLMs embeddings and vector search into real-world workflows.
• Designed NLP chains for document understanding with schema enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI workflows that turn raw maintenance documents into structured validated data.
• Develop agent-based automation workflows orchestrating validation, transformation and human-in-loop approval.
• Build predictive models based on time-series or log patterns to flag potential issues.
• Implement NLP LLM chains that extract meaning from technical documents and pilots.
• Deliver an execution path with clear traceability and regulatory trust.
