Job summary

Quisitive, a leading Microsoft partner, seeks a senior security consultant in Dubai to lead recurring customer coaching sessions and translate security findings into business roadmaps. You will review threats, posture trends, and Microsoft telemetry while partnering with MDR/SecOps and Customer Success to align priorities.

You will advise on Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview, and help navigate AI governance aspects related to Copilot. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity, cloud security, or managed security services experience.
• Ability to translate complex security data into actionable recommendations for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong client-facing consulting and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring customer security coaching sessions, including tactical reviews and executive-level discussions
• Translate technical findings into clear, business-focused recommendations and roadmaps
• Review threats, incidents, posture trends, and Microsoft security telemetry
• Partner with MDR/SecOps and Customer Success teams to align customer priorities
• Provide guidance on Microsoft security capabilities including Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview
• Help customers navigate emerging AI security and governance considerations related to Microsoft Copilot
• Build and maintain customer-specific security roadmaps tied to licensing and risk priorities
• Monitor customer security issues and convert learnings into repeatable guidance
