Huda Beauty seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and continual improvement of our ERP platform supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce. You will own end-to-end solution design, drive fit-gap analyses, and collaborate with 3PL/EDI teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable configurations across global channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Dynamics 365 F&O/AX functional consultant with 2-3 full-cycle projects.
• Strong finance and/or supply chain module expertise.
• Experience with requirement analysis, fit-gap, and FDD authoring.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps, LCS, testing, and data migration.
• Familiarity with data entities, EDI, and 3PL integrations.
• English: excellent written and spoken.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant to lead the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of our D365 F&O platform. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce into reliable, well-governed ERP solutions that support a fast-scaling global beauty business.

The Functional Consultant will own end-to-end solution design for core F&O modules, drive fit-gap analysis, and partner closely with technical developers, 3PL and EDI integration teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice configurations. The role is central to maintaining a stable, high-performing ERP backbone across our retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, multiple full-cycle implementations, strong functional expertise across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules, and a proven ability to run requirement workshops, author functional design documents, and support go-live and hypercare. A solutions-driven mindset, strong collaboration skills, and excellent communication are essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business processes into functional design documents (FDDs) and fit-gap analyses
• Configure and maintain core D365 F&O modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, and Warehouse/Inventory Management
• Design solutions for multi-company, multi-currency, and multi-legal-entity structures, including intercompany and financial consolidation
• Define financial dimensions, account structures, posting profiles, and number sequences aligned to business and audit requirements
• Apply Microsoft best practices and manage scope, change control, and design decisions across workstreams
• Implementation, Testing & Support
• Deliver end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects - from configuration through UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
• Author test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and validate solutions against business requirements
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements across the D365 F&O environment
• Use Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) to manage requirements, defects, environments, and releases
• Deliver end-user training and produce clear process and configuration documentation
• Integrations & Ecosystem
• Partner with technical developers on X++ customizations, extensions, and integrations, providing functional specifications and validating delivery
• Support integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding systems - 3PL/logistics providers, EDI, ecommerce, and payment/fraud platforms - ensuring reliable order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure ERP data supports downstream reporting in Power BI
• Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
• Act as a trusted ERP partner to stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Commerce
• Translate business needs into scalable, best-practice ERP solutions and communicate options clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage priorities, timelines, and expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX Functional Consultant, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementation projects
• Strong functional expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain modules of D365 F&O
• Proven experience in requirement analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, and FDD authoring
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and structured testing/data-migration practices
• Understanding of D365 F&O interfaces and integrations (data entities, OData, EDI, and third-party/3PL connectivity)
• Working knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI to support automation and reporting use cases is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310 (Finance), or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate preferred
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, FMCG, or beauty/consumer goods is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong written and verbal English
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
