Job summary

Kayali in Dubai seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management to optimize global operations and inventory control. You will partner with procurement, logistics, ecommerce and finance to design and configure end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash, and to lead SIT/UAT and deployments with 3PL integrations.

The role demands 5+ years in D365 F&O SCM, strong stakeholder management and communication; certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong functional expertise in SCM: procurement & sourcing, inventory, sales order management, intercompany operations.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to functional solutions.
• Experience with eCommerce integrations preferred.
• Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional SME for D365 F&O SCM including inventory, procurement, sales & distribution, and intercompany processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and configurations.
• Configure end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Lead workshops, process mappings, and gap-fit assessments with stakeholders.
• Recommend best practices leveraging D365 F&O capabilities.
• Collaborate on integrations with external platforms (Shopify, 3PL, TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce).
• Lead SIT and UAT activities and develop test scenarios.
• Provide user training and change management support.
• Provide ongoing functional support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support and partners to resolve issues.

Summary

This role provides functionalexpertiseacross Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, supporting Kayali's global business operations. The consultant willbe responsible forimplementing,supportingandoptimizingD365 F&O supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, order management, intercompanyoperationsand externallogisticsintegrations. The role partners with business stakeholders, technicalteamsand external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business growth.

Essential DutiesandResponsibilities

D365 Finance and Operations Functional Consulting

• Act as the functional subject matter expert for D365 F&O Supply Chain Management including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales and Distribution and Intercompany processes.

• Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and system configurations aligned with Kayali's operating model.

• Configure and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

• Conduct workshops, process mappingsessionsand gap-fit assessments with business stakeholders.

• Recommend best practices and process improvementsleveragingstandard D365 F&O capabilities.

Integrations & External Systems

• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between D365 F&O and external platforms.

• Support integrations with Shopify and other eCommerce platforms.

• Provide functionalexpertisefor integrations with third-partylogistics(3PL) providers and warehouse operations.

• Support EDI-based integrations using platforms such asTrueCommerce, SPSCommerceor similar solutions.

• Perform functional validation,troubleshootingand issue analysis across integrated business processes.

Testing & Solution Delivery

• Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

• Develop and execute test scenarios covering end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Support defect triage, root causeanalysisand issue resolution in collaboration with technical and business teams.

• Participate in deployment activities and post-go-live validation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Documentation

• Act as the bridge between operations,logistics, procurement, finance, eCommerce teams, implementationpartnersand internal technology teams.

• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, requirementspecificationsand user documentation.

• Facilitate business workshops and requirement gathering sessions.

• Deliver user training and support change management initiatives to drive adoption.

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide ongoing functional support including issue investigation, impactassessmentand root cause analysis.

• Coordinate with Microsoft support and implementation partners to resolve application issues.

• Identifyopportunities to enhance business processes through D365 F&O capabilities and platform updates.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and future ERP enhancements.

• Minimum5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Strong functionalexpertisein Supply Chain Management processes including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales OrderManagementand Intercompany operations.

• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.

• Exposure to eCommerce platform integrations is preferred.

• Experience working with third-partylogistics(3PL) providers and external supply chain integrations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solvingand stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certification is preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
