Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sommelier in a Michelin-starred or luxury dining environment.
• Exceptional knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
• Understanding of mixology trends and ability to collaborate on beverage programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an outstanding wine list that reflects global trends.
• Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests.
• Train and mentor service staff on wine knowledge and tasting techniques.
• Monitor wine inventory and manage procurement.
• Collaborate with chefs to create innovative food and beverage pairings.
