Job summary

Siemens Energy in Abu Dhabi oversees and guides installation activities for gas turbine projects, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance. Your day involves overseeing and guiding installation activities for gas turbine projects, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements and Siemens Energy quality standards. You will act as the key liaison between customers, contractors, and the project team, providing technical leadership, resolving site challenges, and supporting the successful installation of turbine systems, acoustic enclosures, ventilation systems, and air intake structures.

• Ensure all installation activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

What You Bring

• Experience in mechanical installation, maintenance, or field service roles such as fitter, mechanic, or service technician.
• Strong practical knowledge of mechanical systems, installation processes, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with a focus on safe execution of site activities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, multicultural environments; fluency in English is required, and energy, power generation, or construction industry experience is advantageous.
