Job summary

The Role

As our secondary school grows into Year 9, we are looking for someone who is invigorated by the challenge of developing and delivering the Key Stage 3 MFL curriculum alongside our existing MFL team. An enjoyment of this specific phase of education is vital, but we also want applicants who are excited by the challenge of planning our imminent growth towards the exam cycles up ahead. To ensure our small department has the flexibility to serve our community, we are ideally looking for candidates who can teach French and Spanish in Key Stage 3 and, ideally, through to I/GCSE.

The successful candidate will be a skilled classroom practitioner who contributes meaningfully to both student learning and school culture. They will design learning experiences that celebrate student individuality, challenge thinking, and develop essential competencies for success in an ever-changing world.
