The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Manager / Director to its Dubai Office. This is a high growth team, offering exceptional career progression.

The Role

• Originating and delivering transaction ideas and identifying opportunities
• Project managing transactions, driving the timetable and managing advisers
• Understanding key business drivers identifying key issues and risks
• Leading and executing a number of key projects as a vital member of the leadership team
• Developing and executing transaction strategies alongside the client services team and advising C-suite executives and boards on evaluating strategic alternatives and securing deal value
• Building new and lasting relationships through marketing efforts and business development
• Focusing on practice development as well as developing team members

The Candidate

• Ideally professionally qualified, and / or with a strong academic record, or holding an MBA from a reputable business school
• Currently or recently at Corporate Finance Senior Manager / Director level in an accountancy firm, boutique house or investment bank
• Significant Corporate Finance, lead M&A advisory experience
• Ability to lead and manage a team of corporate finance professionals, with strong networking and business development skills
• Fluency in Arabic is desirable, but not essential
