Job summary

Ecojob in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic Merchandising Coordinator to oversee product merchandising from planning to execution in a fast-paced retail setting. You will coordinate with buyers and suppliers, monitor inventory and drive sales with compelling displays.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and at least two years of experience in retail merchandising, plus strong Excel skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required or preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
• Plan and execute product merchandising strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking or discontinuation.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create displays that drive sales.
• Maintain accurate records of merchandise including pricing and sales data.
• Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
