Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to effectively manage the purchasing and display of products in our stores to attract and engage customers. We are specifically looking for Pakistani nationals who can communicate fluently in Urdu or other regional languages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Source new products from suppliers and negotiate favorable deals
• Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Coordinate with store managers to create attractive product displays that align with company standards

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary

Working Conditions
