As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products for our stores, ensuring that they are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze current trends to determine the best products for our target audience
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms
• Create purchase orders and track inventory levels
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Plan product displays in accordance with store layout and marketing strategies
• Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize sales
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales strategies
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and compliance with merchandising standards
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret market trends and data

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English, fluency in Urdu or Malayalam is a plus
