We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store meets all merchandising requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product displays in store to ensure maximum visibility and customer appeal
• Stocks shelves with products according to approved planograms or sketches
• Monitors inventory levels and reorders merchandise as needed
• Creates and maintains a strong customer service focus by developing an effective working relationship with store personnel
• Assists in the development of new visual merchandising techniques when needed
• Ensures all merchandise is displayed correctly in accordance with company guidelines
• Reports any discrepancies or damaged merchandise to management for further action

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail setting as a Merchandiser or similar role is preferred
