The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with at least 2 years' experience in merchandising. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a strong understanding of market trends. The ability to work independently and think creatively is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize sales, profit and brand equity while managing inventory levels. They will monitor the performance of product lines and analyze customer data to ensure that products are meeting customers’ needs. Additionally, the Merchandiser will ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations regarding advertising standards.
