Qualifications

We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi UAE As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective product displays and promotions to attract customers and drive sales You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner As an ideal candidate you should have previous experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of market trends You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a team Additionally knowledge of the IndianMalayalee market is preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement attractive displays for products to increase sales
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing strategies
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and consumer preferences
• Maintain visual presentation standards by regularly rearranging products and ensuring cleanliness of displays
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
• Create eye-catching product displays using props signage and lighting techniques
• Participate in promotional events or campaigns as needed

Requirements
