Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)

Our company is seeking experienced Merchandisers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in various retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective merchandising plans that meet sales targets
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for new products or promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
- Negotiate with retailers for prime shelf space and displays for our products
- Train and supervise merchandising staff to ensure they are following company standards and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry is preferred

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with retailers
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid UAE residence visa is required
