Merchandiser in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for a talented Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, planning and managing the merchandising activities of the store.

The ideal candidate should have strong organization and communication skills, an eye for detail and a passion for customer service. They should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, as well as being able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for this position will include:

• Creating merchandising plans
• Planning promotional activity
• Ensuring product placement is accurate and up-to-date
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure stock is replenished
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Keeping up with market trends
• Carrying out regular stock checks.

The successful candidate should also have an understanding of visual merchandising principles, such as color coordination, product placement, signage design, etc., in order to maximize customer engagement. They should also have an excellent understanding of customer needs and be able to provide knowledgeable advice when needed. A basic knowledge of retail technology would also be beneficial.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 per month for this role. We are open to considering foreign candidates who can provide evidence of their eligibility to work in the UAE. Minimal work experience is expected from all applicants.
