Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. The role ensures products are displayed correctly, promptly and according to company standards, while fostering good relationships with store owners and customers.

You will monitor stock levels, replenish as needed, create attention‑grabbing displays, and analyse customer buying trends to decide which products to stock or discontinue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail sector is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of current retail trends, product lines and merchandise categories
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities
• A creative mindset for developing strategies for displays
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
