Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Merchandiser for a homecare brand in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure products are well-presented across retail and e-commerce, conduct store visits, and collaborate with sales and logistics. Applicants should have at least 2 years of merchandising experience, be under 40 years old, and hold a UAE driving license. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising/field operations (FMCG/retail).
• Open to Asian nationals, aged 40 years or below.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus); UAE driving license preferred.

• Ensure products are well-presented, available, and merchandised across retail and e-commerce in the UAE.
• Conduct store visits, monitor stock, execute merchandising, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Provide reporting, feedback, and market insights to improve merchandising performance.
