Job summary

Mezzan Holding Co in Dubai invites a Merchandiser to execute in-store merchandising activities, ensuring product availability, visibility, and adherence to planograms. The role supports sales by maintaining high standards and stock replenishment across assigned outlets.

You will coordinate with store staff, implement promotions, monitor stock levels, and ensure shelf hygiene and accurate pricing. The position requires strong attention to display standards and teamwork with the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-store merchandising and shelf management.
• Ability to follow planograms and display standards.
• Strong coordination with sales teams and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company display standards.
• Support the implementation of promotions, price changes, and POSM across outlets.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader and Sales team to prioritize key products and displays.
• Ensure adequate stock levels on shelves and in back-store areas; minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Maintain shelf displays, product facings, pricing labels, and brand visibility.
• Follow and implement planograms accurately across all assigned stores.
• Ensure FIFO is followed and report near-expiry or damaged products promptly.
• Place and maintain promotional stands, gondolas, and POS materials.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure shelf hygiene and organized layout.
• Build and maintain good relationships with store staff and supervisors.
• Monitor competitor activities and share field insights with the Team Leader.
• Complete daily merchandising reports and share updates on stock, issues, and store feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and safety requirements.
