Job summary

The Candidate Experience site is seeking an MEP coordinator to support technical coordination with Client/Consultant for MEP System design and to prepare and submit MEP shop drawings.

You will also prepare MEP As-built drawings, coordinate with vendors for submittals, liaise with consultants for approvals, identify design discrepancies via RFIs, and maintain project logs and correspondence. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai requiring strong multitask coordination.

Responsibilities

• Technical coordination with Client/Consultant for the MEP System design
• Preparation and submission of MEP shop drawings
• Preparation and submission of MEP As Built drawings
• Close coordination with all vendors for submission of MEP material submittal
• Coordination with consultant for the approval of MEP Material submittals
• Identify / preparation of RFI in case of design discrepancies
• Maintain the MEP system project logs and correspondence
