LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Estimation & Billing Engineer to prepare and verify billing for ongoing projects, perform quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and AutoCAD, and manage post-contract estimation tasks. You will coordinate with procurement and commercial teams to ensure cost control, review drawings, BOQs and specifications, support management with financial and progress reports, and prepare variation claims with supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of UAE experience in estimation, billing, and post-contract activities with a contracting company.
• Proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and MS Excel for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and variation claims.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify billing and invoicing for ongoing projects.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs using PlanSwift and other estimation tools.
• Handle post-contract estimation and cost analysis activities.
• Prepare and submit variation claims with supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project procurement and commercial teams to ensure cost control and compliance.
• Review project drawings BOQs and specifications to ensure accuracy in estimations.
• Support management with financial and progress reports.
