Job summary

VEE KAY GLOBAL GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC in Dubai seeks an MEP Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate cost estimates for maintenance contracts in line with project specs and industry standards. You will manage subcontractor agreements, monitor compliance, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess scope and allocate resources effectively.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years in MEP, and be comfortable working

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with previous experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in MEP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP maintenance contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, monitoring compliance with contract terms and ensuring timely payment for work completed.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to assess project scope and make informed decisions on resource allocation.
