Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage pre-contract cost planning and estimation for MEP and Utilities projects. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, expertise in cost estimation and contract documentation, and proficiency in measurement standards. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in pre-contract MEP quantity surveying preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Proficiency in recognised measurement standards: POMI NRM and CESMM.
• Proven track record in BOQ preparation and rate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and specifications for MEP systems.
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
• Support preparation of tender submissions and cost schedules.
