Job summary

Workato is seeking a Construction Manager in Abu-Dhabi UAE to oversee on-site construction projects, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building or a related field and has at least 5 years of experience in construction. You will plan activities, coordinate with contractors and engineers, monitor progress and control costs. Salary 1400 AED per month plus benefits.

We are looking for a professional Construction Manager to work in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building or similar field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.

The primary role of the Construction Manager is to ensure that all construction and development projects are completed on time, within budget and according to specifications. The individual must be highly organised, able to work independently, have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to manage large and complex projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: supervising day-to-day operations on site; developing plans for construction activities; developing project timelines; coordinating with contractors, architects and engineers; monitoring progress of projects; preparing cost estimates; managing budgets; maintaining quality control standards; overseeing safety practices; providing technical advice on design and construction techniques.
