Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a qualified professional in Dubai to manage MEP planning and scheduling effectively. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience and expertise in using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with various project teams to ensure timely project completion. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with strong MEP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, look‑ahead plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Conduct schedule analysis, resource planning, and productivity assessments.
• Track procurement, material delivery, and construction activities against approved schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in MEP planning and scheduling within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
