Irth Holding Limited seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join its MEP supervision team in Dubai. The role focuses on inspecting and monitoring mechanical installations for compliance with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, approved drawings, and international standards.

You will support project delivery through rigorous quality control, site inspections, testing, verification, and collaboration with contractors and consultants.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in mechanical inspection and supervision.
• Mandatory experience on Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence regulated projects.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and monitor mechanical installations to ensure compliance with DM/DCD project specs and standards.
• Perform quality control site inspections, testing, verification and coordination with subcontractors/consultants.
• Witness pressure testing, flushing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
• Review material submittals and mechanical documentation.
• Maintain inspection records, reports and NCRs; raise and track observations.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP supervision team for construction projects in Dubai The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring mechanical installations to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality DM Dubai Civil Defence DCD project specifications approved drawings and applicable international standards The role will support project delivery through effective quality control site inspections testing verification and coordination with contractors and consultants Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems including HVAC Systems Chilled Water Systems Ventilation Systems Plumbing amp Drainage Systems Water Supply Systems Fire Fighting Systems LPG Systems where applicable Pump Rooms and Mechanical Equipment Review Inspection Requests IRs and conduct inspections promptly Verify compliance with approved shop drawings specifications and method statements Monitor installation quality and identify non-conforming works Raise observations and NCRs and monitor corrective actions Maintain inspection records reports and quality documentation Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams Witness pressure testing flushing balancing testing and commissioning activities Support review of material submittets and mechanical technical documentation

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 8 years of UAE experience in mechanical inspection and supervision. Mandatory experience on Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence regulated projects. Experience in hospitality, residential high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Skills

Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting Systems. Knowledge of DM, DCD, and local authority inspection procedures. Ability to review mechanical drawings and specifications. Strong reporting and documentation skills. Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
