Job summary

A leading MEP fit-out contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations while managing project timelines. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience are required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the UAE fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage MEP installation schedules and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation for internal and client review.
