Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong analytical and modelling abilities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in executing corporate finance transactions (IPO, M&A, advisory).
• Perform financial analysis, strategic reviews and industry research.
• Prepare client presentations and participate in meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Support mentoring of Analysts and collaboration across groups.
• Deliver timely market judgments and maintain professional integrity.
