Job summary

A leading cosmetics company in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to develop robust reporting systems and support decision-making for the MENA region. The candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in analytics or demand planning, with a strong command of MS Excel and knowledge of SAP considered an asset. This role involves working closely with distribution and sales teams to drive performance insights and ensure compliance with financial forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics, sales finance, or demand planning.
• Experience with distributors or B2B channels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting system for Export business.
• Automate data processing.
• Monitor achievements versus targets.
• Consolidate monthly outlooks with demand teams.
• Create weekly sales updates for distribution leadership.
• Ensure compliance of GtN on a monthly basis.
• Identify GtN and C1 opportunities.
• Conduct monthly reviews of business performance.
