A leading international not-for-profit organisation seeks a Membership Specialist to support and manage their membership base. The role involves coordinating member applications, organizing events, and conducting training workshops while requiring travel across the region. Charterhouse is working with an international not-for-profit organisation. Due to global and regional restructuring, our client has created a new position for a Membership Specialist.
The purpose of the role is to manage and service the membership base by offering support, coordinating needs, and updating records. Responsibilities include setting up applications for new members, organising committee events for internal Directors, and conducting training workshops for new members. The role involves extensive travel around the region and occasional visits to other offices on different continents.
The ideal candidate should hold a Degree and ideally have experience and understanding of the Middle East region. Experience with a membership database is required, preferably within a not-for-profit organisation, university, business council, or professional membership association.
You should have the ability and willingness to travel, with the confidence to communicate with senior-level Directors both internally and externally. Exceptional organisational skills are essential, and extensive experience in database record-keeping is beneficial.
