The identified candidate will be given opportunities to showcase skills in the some of the credit operational areas within the Wealth Business that consists of Credit Cards and Security‑Based Lending Underwriting, Collections, Data and Analytics. The hiring manager will set clear tasks with tangible outputs and timelines within the 12 month period that is designed to develop talents into high performers on skills, task delivery and leadership.
