Qualifications

• Degree in Medicine (MD/MBBS) or Pharmacy required.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma with Medical Affairs leadership experience.
• Fluent in Arabic & English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Medical & Scientific Affairs strategy for GCC markets.
• Oversee medical information and education initiatives in regions.
• Collaborate with KOLs and healthcare professionals to advance scientific value of products.
• Ensure compliance with global SOPs, local regulations, and codes of practice.
• Provide data-driven input for market access and health economics dossiers.
