Confidential Careers is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of media projects across branding, PR, social, events, and communications. You will own the master deliverable plan, coordinate multiple external partners and vendors, and act as the primary client contact through approval workflows and structured reporting.

The role requires at least 5 years in project management, experience with government or large institutional projects, and prior UAE experience.

Responsabilidades

• Translate client requirements into briefs for creative, PR, social, production, and external teams.
• Maintain the master project plan: timelines, milestones, dependencies, and gates.
• Own multi-partner delivery with PR agencies, social creators, media vendors, and production suppliers.
• Review deliverables for gaps and alignment before client submission.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, status reporting, approvals, and change management.
• Identify and mitigate risks across all workstreams and escalate issues when needed.
• Navigate government protocols and senior stakeholder presentations.
• Maintain RAID logs, scopes of work, cost trackers, and post-project reviews.
• Chair kick-offs, weekly standups, and formal review sessions with clients and teams.
• Track scope, budgets, POs, costs, invoicing milestones, and dependencies.
• Identify out-of-scope requests and assess commercial implications.

The Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of media projects across branding, PR, social media, events and communications. The role owns the master deliverable plan, coordinates multiple external partners and vendors, and serves as the primary client contact through formal approval workflows and structured reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex or technical client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for creative, PR, social, production, and external delivery teams
• Build and maintain the master project plan: timelines, milestones, dependencies, and approval gates across all workstreams
• Own multi-partner delivery— managing PR agencies, social creators, media vendors, and production suppliers in parallel
• Review deliverables at a project-management level before client submission, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, misalignment with the brief, or areas requiring specialist review
• Manage day-to-day client communication including status reporting, approvals, and change managementProactively identify, log, and mitigate project risks across all workstreams, escalating critical issues to senior management and the client before they impact delivery timelines or budget
• Navigate government client protocols: formal sign-off processes, compliance requirements, and senior stakeholder presentations
• Maintain programme documentation: RAID log, scopes of work, cost trackers, and post-project reviewsChair kick-off meetings, weekly standups, and formal review sessions with clients and internal teams
• Track project scope, budgets, POs, supplier costs, invoicing milestones, and commercial dependencies
• Identify out-of-scope requests and commercial implications before additional work is committed

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' project/programme management experience in a marketing, communications, creative, digital, technology, or consulting environment, with significant responsibility for client-facing delivery.
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-partner media projects from brief to completion
• Mandatory: experience managing government or large institutional projects
• Mandatory: prior work experience in the UAE
• Working knowledge of media production, social media operations, and PR/communications workflows
• Strong ability to quickly understand unfamiliar industries, technical subjects, and complex client environments
• Strong judgment and problem-solving capability — able to form an initial point of view before escalating issues
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
