Job summary

PipeCare Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to design, develop, and improve intelligent electromechanical systems used in Inline Pipeline Inspection tools. The role blends mechanical, electronics, and embedded control work to deliver reliable inspection technologies for harsh pipeline environments.

You will work with firmware and hardware teams to bring boards from scratch to production, debug firmware, and support hardware integration using ARM Cortex‑M and

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechatronics / Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years embedded system development experience.
• Excellent C/C++ coding skills; RTOS experience (FreeRTOS).
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
• DSP algorithms for embedded systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital/analog electronics and PCB concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and improve intelligent mechatronic systems for ILI tools.
• Develop high‑reliability firmware for hard real‑time embedded systems.
• Bring up new boards and products from scratch to production.
• Provide technical support and debug firmware post‑deployment.
• Interface with firmware, hardware teams during hardware integration.
• Develop electrical schematics and wiring layouts.
