Job summary

PurpleGlo in Dubai UAE is seeking a hands-on Mechatronics Designer to join our events technology team. You will design, develop, and optimize electro-mechanical systems and automated setups for live productions.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Mechatronics, 3–5 years in events tech or mechatronics, and is comfortable working alone or in a team. On-site role with a monthly salary of AED 10,000–15,000 and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or similar field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on mechatronics or events technology experience.
• Strong creativity and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance electro‑mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Create automated systems and the software to control them.
• Prepare design documentation for mechanical parts and end products.
• Identify weak points in assemblies and suggest improvements.
• Select tools and materials for manufacturing processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of junior designers or apprentices.
