Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and assembly instructions.
• Assemble and install mechanical components for heavy trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and installation of engines, transmissions, axles, chassis components, and related mechanical systems.
• Use torque wrenches, measuring tools, and precision instruments to ensure accurate assembly.
• Support vehicle production and mechanical assembly operations while meeting manufacturing schedules.
• Inspect completed assemblies to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize production delays.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Follow company health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures during all assembly activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
