Job summary

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Mechanical QA/QC Engineers to join our QA/QC Team for a large scale high rise tower project in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with ITPs, method statements, and IMS requirements on site.

You will coordinate with consultants, prepare QA/QC monthly and KPI reports, supervise calibration of tools, and maintain QA/QC records in accordance with the project quality plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC on large construction sites.
• Knowledge of ITPs, method statements and IMS systems.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and document QA/QC records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit method statements and ITPs.
• Ensure inspections on site follow ITP and method statements.
• Verify testing is conducted per approved documents.
• Monitor calibration needs for tools and equipment on site.
• Prepare QA/QC monthly and KPI reports.
• Liaise with consultants to resolve quality issues on site.
• Coordinate closure of NCRs with consultants.
• Maintain QA/QC records per project quality plan and IMS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.
• Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.
• Ensure that all the testing’s are being conducted as per approved method statement & ITP.
• Monitor all the tools and equipment’s at site that needs calibration.
• Prepare QA/QC monthly report & project KPI report.
• Liaise with the consultant for resolving any issue at site with regard to the quality of the work.
• Liaise with consultant for the closure of NCRS.
• Maintain all QAQC related records as per project quality plan and IMS system.
