Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities of sub-contracted works and staff.
• Undertake and document routine site inspections to ensure the maintenance and sub-contracted work is carried out as per the specified scope of work and contractual requirement
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the contractors
• Assist in execution of works undertaken by external contractors and consultancy personnel
• Carry out site visits and inspections as required
• Supervise and monitor site labor force and outsourced firms
• Review work schedules to ensure coverage for preventative and routine maintenance
• Oversee minor project works
• Communicate effectively and respond to issues outside routine operations
• Suggest solutions and seek authorization to proceed
• Relay information to end users and sub-contracted staff
• Ensure quality checks and safety compliance
• Ensure workshops are safe and tidy and that staff follow safety policies
• Carry out quality assurance checks
• Inspect facilities to ensure services are properly maintained
• Design and conduct site tests and record, analyze data

Responsible for undertaking and documenting routine site inspections to ensure that the maintenance sub-contracted works are being completed as per the specified scope of works.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring day to day activities of sub contracted works and staff
• Undertaking and documenting routine site inspections to ensure that the maintenance and sub-contracted work is carried out as per the specified scope of work and contractual requirement
• Managing the day-to-day performance of the contractors
• Assisting (where directed) in the execution of works undertaken by external contractors and consultancy personal
• Carrying out site visits and inspections as required
• Supervising and monitoring site labor force and monitoring the work of outsourced firms
• Reviewing work schedules of subcontracted staff to ensuring that there is appropriate coverage of preventative and routine maintenance
• Directly overseeing minor projects works
• Communicating
• Responding in a timely manner to issues that are outside of routine operations and raising them to the appropriate leaders
• Suggesting solutions to issues or problems and seeking appropriate authorization to proceed

• Inspecting the facility areas on regular basis to make sure that all the services are properly maintained

• Designing and conducting necessary site tests
• Recording, analyzing and interpreting test data, proposing modifications and re - testing products as necessary
• Conducting installation, troubleshooting and shut down of relevant equipment in accordance with SEHA safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise, and escalating it to the Engineer when appropriate
• Preparing audit reports as necessary
• Monitoring performance of existing equipment and systems so as to improve on future design recommendations
• Contributing to the team effort Participating in all team efforts as required
• Collaborating with other members of the team to carry out work smoothly
