Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
• Experience in a large healthcare facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities of sub-contracted works and staff.
• Undertake and document routine site inspections to ensure the maintenance and sub-contracted work is carried out as per the specified scope of work and contractual requirement
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the contractors
• Assist in execution of works undertaken by external contractors and consultancy personnel
• Carry out site visits and inspections as required
• Supervise and monitor site labor force and outsourced firms
• Review work schedules to ensure coverage for preventative and routine maintenance
• Oversee minor project works
• Communicate effectively and respond to issues outside routine operations
• Suggest solutions and seek authorization to proceed
• Relay information to end users and sub-contracted staff
• Ensure quality checks and safety compliance
• Ensure workshops are safe and tidy and that staff follow safety policies
• Carry out quality assurance checks
• Inspect facilities to ensure services are properly maintained
• Design and conduct site tests and record, analyze data
• Coordinate installation, troubleshooting and shutdowns per SEHA safety procedures
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and escalate when appropriate
• Prepare audit reports and monitor equipment performance for future improvements
• Collaborate with team for smooth execution
