Job summary

Kling Consult International GmbH and Co KG - Dubai Branch is seeking a Mechanical Inspector for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. You will conduct site inspections, ensure quality control, and support construction management on a 6-day work week.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years’ experience, 5+ years on large-scale hotel or residential projects, and a mechanical engineering degree; relevant certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 10+ total years of experience in mechanical-related roles.
• 5+ years on 5-star hotel projects or residential, villas & townhouses.
• Experience in site inspections and inspection procedures.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
• Experience in construction management.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant civil inspection/quality control certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and monitor QA/QC procedures.
• Oversee construction management activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and defects.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and document inspection results.

Role Description
