The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, have 5+ years of relevant experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD. Strong communication, teamwork, and project-management skills are essential. PE license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE engineering and safety standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and oversee mechanical systems, equipment and components.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, calculations and engineering reports.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil and other engineering teams on projects.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs and timelines.
• Identify mechanical problems and provide effective technical solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with UAE regulations, safety requirements and engineering standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and clients when required.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records.
